Position: Store Manager

Description: Home Oil Company is accepting applications for a Store Manager.  We have over 20 locations in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.  We are currently recruiting candidates that are up to a challenge of leading others in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
As a manager of one of our convenience store locations you will be in charge of total operations, customer service and most importantly sales and profitability!  We have an excellent benefit program and we promote from within.  If you have a passion for retail apply today!!!

Requirements: Responsible for the day to day operations of a retail convenience store.  Provide excellent customer service.  Implement corporate strategies and develop sales ideas.  Recruit, train, develop and motivate your employees.  Position requires repeated bending, standing and reaching.  Occasional lifting.  Valid driver's license and the ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.

Position: Sales Associate

Description: Home Oil Company is accepting applications for sales associates.  We have over 20 locations in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.  We are currently recruiting candidates that are up to working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.  Successful candidates will wait on customers in a friendly, prompt, courteous and efficient manner.

Requirements: Willingness to work various shifts.  Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.  Position requires repeated bending, standing and reaching.  Occasional heavy lifting may also be required.  Initiative and ability to follow directions and to complete all shift duties.  Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
